Here is another chance for Digital Photographers to show their stuff on the big screen. We will have separate contests for Nature and for General Photography. You may submit up to three images in each of two categories. The first is “General” and the second is “Nature”. Nature entries will be judged on traditional nature photography basis (no hand of man and no manipulation beyond what would normally be done in a darkroom). On the General category, anything goes, from creative abstracts to photo journalism and all points in between. We have had an enormous response both in October, 2007 and January of this year so we suggest you to put in your very best images. With the permission of the winners, our top images will be entered for Boston Camera Club in the Inter-club digital competition. Our Judge for the night will be Paul Herson, who is a Master Member of the NE Camera Club Council, has served as President of both Gateway and Colonial Camera Clubs and is an active member of the Stonybrook Camera Club and the Boston West Photographic Society. Paul did a wonderful job as analyst and judge for us last spring and has agreed to return for an encore.
