Electronic Image Competitions 2010-2011
This year we are going to double the number of electronic image competitions and have a total of six competitions.
We are working on a solution that will allow members to submit images via the BCC web site, instead of sending the
images in emails, as we did. There will be three subjects for each competition.
Following are the dates and subject for this year:

Nov 23 2010 - Open, Nature, Special-Color (Blue or Red)

Erik Gehring, Executive Committee member and Latimer Coordinator, is hosting an exhibition entitled ‘Barks of the Arnold Arboretum’ at the Taylor House, 50 Burroughs Street in Jamaica Plain, MA. Many of the species from the Arboretum have stunning patterns of exfoliation, particularly when they are saturated, so Erik has taken to wandering the park during rainstorms, with a camera, tripod, and umbrella in hand, looking for compelling abstracts. To preview the show visit:

BOSTON CAMERA CLUB T-SHIRTS
The Boston Camera Club has created new t-shirts that are printed with 'Boston Camera Club Since 1881' on the left chest and our new logo printed on the full back. We are offering white shirts with black print or black shirts with white print in sizes Small through Triple Extra Large (XXXL). All orders for shirts must be received with payment of cash or check no later than December 15th. Orders will be placed again in February and May, 2010. Show your pride in the Boston Camera Club – buy a shirt for yourself, your family members and friends (who may patiently accompany you on your camera outings).
